Medrese yeti\u015ftirdi\u011fi hocalarla \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenilmesine ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan \u0130ngiltere, \u00c7in, Japonya, Avustralya gibi d\u00fcnyan\u0131n farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerinde \u0130slam medeniyetini tesis etmeyi de hedeflemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2lim, b\u00fcrokrat ve halk\u0131n deste\u011fiyle 1909 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bekir Sami Pa\u015fa Medresesi\u2019nin devam\u0131 mahiyetinde Konya\u2019da kurulan <strong>\u201cKonya Islah-\u0131 Medaris-i \u0130slamiye Medresesi\u201d<\/strong> medreselerin modernle\u015fme s\u00fcrecine b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131da bulunarak \u0130stanbul\u2019a model olmu\u015ftur. Zira medreselerin modernle\u015fme amac\u0131yla 1914 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019da <strong>\u201cDarul Hilafetil Aliye\u201d<\/strong> medresesi a\u00e7\u0131labilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Medresede \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6r\u00fcp alt s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n hocal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapan \u0130brahim Hakk\u0131 Konyal\u0131\u2019n\u0131n medresenin hedefiyle ilgili kanaatleri \u00f6zetle \u015fu \u015fekildedir:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Madde ve manay\u0131 birle\u015ftiren k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc \u0130slam \u00e2limleri yeti\u015ftirmek,<\/li>\n<li>Medreselere \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n en kuvvetli \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki ruhu vermek, medreseleri \u0131slah etmek,<\/li>\n<li>\u0130slam\u00ee ilimleri ana kaynaklar\u0131ndan \u00f6\u011fretmek. Bunun i\u00e7in de e\u011fitimi Arap\u00e7a yapmak,<\/li>\n<li>Bat\u0131\u2019da geli\u015fen bilim ve tekni\u011fin takip edilmesi amac\u0131yla Frans\u0131zca gibi en az bir yabanc\u0131 dil \u00f6\u011fretmek,<\/li>\n<li>Mezunlar\u0131n\u0131 ilim ve ahlak bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00fcst seviyeye ula\u015ft\u0131rmak, \u0130slam ahlak\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fanarak yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak,<\/li>\n<li>E\u011fitimini tamamlayan talebeyi \u0130ngiltere\u2019ye g\u00f6ndermek. \u0130ngiltere Cambridge \u00fcniversitesini bitirenlerden \u00c7ince veya Japonca \u00f6\u011frenenleri \u00c7in ve Japonya\u2019da \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 yaymak i\u00e7in g\u00f6revlendirmek,<\/li>\n<li>H\u0131ristiyan ve Yahudi din adamlar\u0131yla ilmi m\u00fcnazaralarda bulunmak, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n hakikatlerini s\u00f6yleyerek insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayd\u0131nlatmak.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>DERS PROGRAMI:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Islah\u0131 Medaris\u2019in ders program\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze liste halinde bir belge olarak ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir. D\u00f6nemin gazeteleri ve o d\u00f6nemle ilgili hat\u0131ra ve incelemelerden elde etti\u011fimiz bilgilere g\u00f6re Islah\u0131 Medaris\u2019in ders program\u0131nda \u015fu dersler bulunmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131<\/strong>; Arap\u00e7a ve Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131. \u0130lk a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 sene konulamad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Birinci s\u0131n\u0131f;<\/strong> Hesap (Matematik), Hendese (Geometri), Co\u011frafya, Tarih, Edebiyat-\u0131 Osman\u00ee, Faris\u00ee ve Malumat.<\/p>\n<p>Islah\u0131 Medaris\u2019in birinci s\u0131n\u0131fta \u0130slam\u00ee ilimlere dair herhangi bir ders koymamas\u0131 ele\u015ftiri konusu oldu. Zira d\u00f6neme g\u00f6re bu uygulama radikal bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130kinci s\u0131n\u0131f;<\/strong> Kur\u2019an ve Tecvit, Sarf-\u0131 Arab\u00ee, Arap\u00e7a, M\u00fck\u00e2leme, Sarf-\u0131 Osman\u00ee ve H\u00fcsn\u00fc Hat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonraki s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n ders ve hocalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda elimizde yer alan bilgiler \u015fu \u015fekildedir;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arap\u00e7a; M\u0131s\u0131r Ezher \u00dcniversitesinden getirtilen Bey\u015fehirli \u00d6mer L\u00fctfi Efendi, Hac\u0131 Veyisz\u00e2de Mustafa Sabri Efendi, Ali R\u0131za Kudsi Efendi, Ahmet Ziya Efendi.<\/p>\n<p>Arap\u00e7a klasik usulle emsile-binayla de\u011fil Berli\u00e7 usul\u00fcyle (gramerle birlikte g\u00fcncel \u00f6rneklerden se\u00e7ilen m\u00fckalemeye y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitim sistemi) \u00f6\u011fretilirdi. Matabe adl\u0131 bir tahta par\u00e7as\u0131 var idi. Talebe bununla birbirini kontrol ederdi. Bu tahta par\u00e7as\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00e7e konu\u015fana verilir o da arkada\u015flar\u0131ndan T\u00fcrk\u00e7e konu\u015fan\u0131 gizlice kollard\u0131. Matabeyi ak\u015fama kadar \u00e7\u0131karamayan \u00f6\u011frenci ertesi g\u00fcn s\u0131n\u0131f dershanesini s\u00fcp\u00fcr\u00fcr, \u00e7e\u015fmeden i\u00e7ecek suyu getirirdi. Medrese bir gazetecilik enstit\u00fcs\u00fc gibi idi. Bu maddeden anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re medrese hem \u00f6rg\u00fcn hem de a\u00e7\u0131k \u00f6\u011fretime imk\u00e2n tan\u0131makta, a\u00e7\u0131k \u00f6\u011fretime devam edip ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olanlara \u00f6rg\u00fcn e\u011fitim imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunulmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 E\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretimde birli\u011fi sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in talebe, tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z, d\u00f6rt y\u0131l b\u00fct\u00fcn dershanelerde birer daimi m\u00fcderrisin g\u00f6zetimi alt\u0131nda bulunduktan sonra medrese odalar\u0131na yerle\u015ftirilecektir.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 Talebeyi s\u0131rf ezberci yapan y\u00f6ntemlerden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 S\u0131n\u0131f ge\u00e7me i\u00e7in be\u015ften a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 not olmamas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131 getirilmektedir. \u00d6z\u00fcrs\u00fcz iki y\u0131l \u00fcst \u00fcste kalan talebenin, dershaneden kayd\u0131 silinecektir.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 Son senede, imtihan\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ispat edenlere, nakli ve \u015fer\u2019i ilimler m\u00fcderrisi taraf\u0131ndan, eski ve g\u00fczel usul \u00fczere, silsile-i rivayati (hoca silsilesini) i\u00e7eren bir icazetname verilecektir. Bu icazetnameye di\u011fer m\u00fcderrisler taraf\u0131ndan okuttuklar\u0131 ilimler ile hak etti\u011fi derece ve imtihanda ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 notlar yaz\u0131l\u0131p alt\u0131 m\u00fch\u00fcrlendikten sonra idare heyeti taraf\u0131ndan tasdik olunacak, \u00f6zel t\u00f6renle de talebeye teslim edilecektir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>TEKL\u0130F: Islah\u0131 Medaris\u2019in d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kadar ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olmasa da benzer mezuniyet belgesi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00fcniversiteleri i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirilebilir. En az\u0131ndan transkripsiyon belgelerine dersin hocas\u0131n\u0131n ismi yaz\u0131lmak suretiyle \u00f6\u011frencinin hangi hocalardan ne seviyede ilim tahsil etti\u011fi tespit edilebilir. B\u00f6ylece hoca dersin sorumlulu\u011funu biraz daha \u00fcstlenmi\u015f olur. Fakat bununla birlikte akademik unvan alm\u0131\u015f hocalar\u0131n \u00f6zel yeti\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u00f6\u011frencilerine de \u201cicazet\u201d mahiyeti ta\u015f\u0131yan yeterlilik belgesi verilmeli, hocalar bu hususta yetkili k\u0131l\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 Devleti \u015eeyhul \u0130slam\u0131 ve Tokat mebusu Mustafa Sabri Efendi, Islah\u2019\u0131 ziyaretini Ali Ulvi Kurucu\u2019ya anlat\u0131rken medresenin kalitesine \u015fu \u015fekilde i\u015faret etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAzizim Islah-\u0131 Medaris\u2019e girdi\u011fimizde varl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 benli\u011fimi sanki ye\u015fil bir nur kaplad\u0131. Buras\u0131 mektep olmakla beraber bir derg\u00e2h, bir terbiye hane, bir tasfiye hane, m\u00fccahit yeti\u015ftiren bir yuva idi. Oray\u0131 b\u00f6yle g\u00f6rd\u00fcm. Islah\u2019\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnce ruhum yand\u0131. Senelerdir tesis olunmas\u0131n\u0131, kurulmas\u0131n\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 tasavvur etti\u011fim medrese a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00d6\u011frencileri imtihan ettik. \u00c7ok iyiydiler. Sade eski medreselilerin anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi anlam\u0131yorlar, kendilerinde ayr\u0131 bir ruh var. Ayr\u0131ca hesap, hendese, tarih, co\u011frafya filan da biliyorlar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Islah-\u0131 Med\u00e2ris\u2019in etkisini Hac\u0131 Veyisz\u00e2de Mustafa Efendi\u2019nin \u0130mam Hatip okullar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in giri\u015fimlerde bulunuldu\u011fu y\u0131llarda etraf\u0131ndakilere sarf etti\u011fi \u015fu s\u00f6z\u00fcyle de anlamaktay\u0131z:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYak\u0131nda \u0130mam Hatip Mektepleri a\u00e7t\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z.
