G\u00f6kt\u00fcrk Devleti\u2019nin kurucusu&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kimkimdir.gen.tr\/kimkimdir.php?id=4178\"><strong>\u0130lteri\u015f Kutlug Ka\u011fan<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kimkimdir.gen.tr\/kimkimdir.php?id=4179\"><strong>Kapa\u011fan Ka\u011fan<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;ve&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kimkimdir.gen.tr\/kimkimdir.php?id=4176\"><strong>Bilge Ka\u011fan<\/strong><\/a>\u2019a dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k yapm\u0131\u015f, meclis ba\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131\n        y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.\n        Tonyukuk\u2019un, kendi ad\u0131na\n        diktirdi\u011fi kitabesinden; G\u00f6kt\u00fcrkler, Juan Juan Devleti\u2019nin elinde esir\n        iken do\u011fdu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Esaretten Kutlug Ka\u011fan ile birlikte kurtulmu\u015f\n        ve G\u00f6kt\u00fcrk Devleti\u2019nin kurulu\u015funda g\u00f6rev alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\n        Bilge Ka\u011fan\u2019a vezirlik yapman\u0131n\n        yan\u0131 s\u0131ra,&nbsp;<strong>ona k\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 vererek kay\u0131npederi<\/strong>&nbsp;de oldu.\n        \u0130yi bir stratejist ve taktik\n        ustas\u0131 olmas\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc, bat\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrkologlar onun i\u00e7in \u201cT\u00fcrkler\u2019in\n        Bismarc\u2019\u0131\u201d ifadesini kullan\u0131r.\n        Do\u011fum tarihi bilinmese de,\n        Tonyukuk\u2019un \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 726 y\u0131l\u0131na rastlar. Tonyukuk\u2019a g\u00f6re say\u0131lar\u0131\n        yeterince art\u0131ncaya kadar T\u00fcrkler, tam olarak yerle\u015fik hayata\n        ge\u00e7memeli, sald\u0131r\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 her an harekete haz\u0131r olmal\u0131yd\u0131. Nitekim T\u00fcrklerin \u00f6nemli devlet\n        te\u015fkilatlanmalar\u0131ndan birinin merkezi konumundaki bug\u00fcnk\u00fc\n        Mo\u011folistan\u2019da, T\u00fcrk dili ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ait yadig\u00e2rlar pe\u015f pe\u015fe g\u00fcny\u00fcz\u00fcne\n        \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.\n        &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n        &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bu\n        \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n en \u00f6nemlilerinden biri, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ta\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u2019\u0131n\n        ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, b\u00fcnyesinde T\u00fcrkiye ve Mo\u011folistan\u2019dan tarih\u00e7i ve\n        arkeologlar\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaz\u0131 ekibi taraf\u0131ndan Tonyukuk Yaz\u0131t\u0131 ve\n        \u00e7evresinde yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda dil, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve\n        bay\u0131nd\u0131rl\u0131k gibi alanlarda faaliyet g\u00f6steren b\u00fcy\u00fck kurulu\u015flar\u0131ndan olan\n        T\u0130KA (T\u00fcrk \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi ve Koordinasyon Ajans\u0131) bu kaz\u0131lar\u0131\n        yapt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Kaz\u0131lar bittikten sonra Tonyukuk Yaz\u0131t\u0131 ve etraf\u0131 daha\n        kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve gezi alan\u0131 h\u00e2line getirilecek,\n        kurulacak m\u00fcze ile de Yaz\u0131t ve di\u011fer eserler koruma alt\u0131na al\u0131narak\n        ziyarete a\u00e7\u0131lacakt\u0131r.\n        &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n        &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;S\u00fcre\u00e7,\n        T\u00fcrkiye ile Mo\u011folistan aras\u0131nda 1994\u2019te imzalanan MOTAP\n        (Mo\u011folistan\u2019daki T\u00fcrk An\u0131tlar\u0131 Projesi) ile ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f; Orhun Vadisi ve\n        Tonyukuk B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nin Mo\u011folistan H\u00fck\u00fbmeti taraf\u0131ndan 2002\u2019de sit alan\u0131\n        ilan edilmesi ve her iki b\u00f6lgenin 2004\u2019te UNESCO D\u00fcnya Miras\u0131\n        Listesi\u2019ne al\u0131nmas\u0131yla devam etmi\u015f ve 2015\u2019te Mo\u011folistan\u2019daki T\u00fcrk\n        D\u00f6nemine Ait K\u00fclt\u00fcrel Miras\u0131n Korunmas\u0131na Y\u00f6nelik \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi Hakk\u0131nda\n        \u0130yi Niyet Anla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n T\u0130KA ve Mo\u011fol makamlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda imzalanmas\u0131yla\n        h\u0131zlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\n        &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n        &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;T\u0130KA,\n        02-05 Eyl\u00fcl 2015 tarihlerinde,Tonyukuk Yaz\u0131t\u0131 ve \u00e7evresindeki kaz\u0131lar\u0131n\n        incelenmesi ve tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 amac\u0131yla bas\u0131n yay\u0131n organlar\u0131n\u0131n\n        temsilcileriyle Mo\u011folistan\u2019a, Tonyukuk Yaz\u0131t\u0131\u2019na bir gezi d\u00fczenledi.\n        T\u00fcrk Yurdu temsilcisi olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu gezide, Ba\u015fkent\n        Ulanbator\u2019a 58 km uzakl\u0131ktaki Tonyukuk Yaz\u0131t\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yaln\u0131z olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131;\n        bark\u0131yla, tu\u011fla d\u00f6\u015fenmi\u015f t\u00f6ren alan\u0131yla, balballar\u0131yla, \u00fczeri i\u015flemeli\n        sunak ta\u015flar\u0131yla, k\u00fcnkleriyle ve yak\u0131n zamanda Prof. Dr. Ahmet\n        Ta\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u2019\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klayaca\u011f\u0131 di\u011fer \u00f6nemli buluntularla bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck arz\n        etti\u011fini g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Tonyukuk tam olarak yerle\u015fik hayata ge\u00e7meye kar\u015f\u0131\n        \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ama dikti\u011fi Yaz\u0131t\u2019\u0131n etraf\u0131ndakilere bak\u0131l\u0131rsa her an g\u00f6\u00e7meye\n        haz\u0131r bir halk\u0131 ve elleri tetikte bir orduyu, bir devlet\n        te\u015fkilatlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7inde bir merkezde ya\u015fatma becerisini g\u00f6stermi\u015fti.\n        &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n        &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bu\n        gezide sadece Tonyukuk Yaz\u0131t\u0131\u2019n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcp inceleme imk\u00e2n\u0131m\u0131z oldu.\n        Tonyukuk Yaz\u0131t\u0131, Mo\u011folistan\u2019\u0131n Bayan Tsogt b\u00f6lgesinde; K\u00f6l Tigin ve\n        Bilge Ka\u011fan Yaz\u0131tlar\u0131 ise H\u00f6\u015f\u00f6\u00f6 Tsaydam b\u00f6lgesindedir. \u0130ki b\u00f6lge\n        aras\u0131ndaki mesafe 400 km civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bu uzakl\u0131\u011fa ra\u011fmen \u00fc\u00e7 yaz\u0131t da\n        \u201cOrhon Yaz\u0131tlar\u0131\u201d ad\u0131yla an\u0131l\u0131r. Bunun sebebi, yaz\u0131l\u0131\u015f tarihlerinin\n        birbirine \u00e7ok yak\u0131n olmas\u0131 (Tonyukuk 726, K\u00f6l Tigin 734, Bilge Ka\u011fan\n        735) ve konu olarak birbirini tamamlamas\u0131d\u0131r.\n        &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n        &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ulanbator-\u00d6nd\u00f6rhaan\n        yolunun 47. kilometresinden sonra 11 km i\u00e7eride kalan Tonyukuk\u2019a\n        ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in ge\u00e7ilmesi gereken toprak yol, 2014\u2019te T\u00fcrkiye (T\u0130KA)\n        taraf\u0131ndan beton asfalt olarak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve \u201cTonyukuk Karayolu\u201d olarak\n        adland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu yolun, Mo\u011folistan\u2019da bug\u00fcne kadar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f en\n        kaliteli yol oldu\u011funu bizzat Mo\u011follar ifade ediyor.\n        &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n        &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Mo\u011folistan\u2019\u0131n\n        T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin iki kat\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckte y\u00fcz\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcne fakat \u00fc\u00e7 milyona yak\u0131n\n        n\u00fcfusa sahip oldu\u011fu, bu n\u00fcfusun yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da ba\u015fkent Ulanbator\u2019da\n        ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse, \u00fclkenin \u00e7ok geni\u015f, \u0131s\u0131s\u0131z bir araziye sahip\n        oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. Bu \u0131ss\u0131z ve yemye\u015fil d\u00fczl\u00fcklerde otlayan b\u00fcy\u00fck koyun,\n        s\u0131\u011f\u0131r ve at s\u00fcr\u00fcleri; bu topraklarda vaktiyle at s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f, k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7\n        sallam\u0131\u015f, h\u00fck\u00fcmran olmu\u015f atalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n nas\u0131l bir hayat\n        s\u00fcrd\u00fcklerikonusunda \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar yapt\u0131r\u0131yor.
