Bu liderler tak\u0131m lideri ya da proje y\u00f6neticisi olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>5-D\u0131\u015fsal ve formal liderlik, tak\u0131m \u00fcyeleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan atanan bir tak\u0131m liderli\u011fi bi\u00e7imidir. Bu liderler sponsor, ko\u00e7 ya da tak\u0131m dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>6-\u0130\u00e7sel informal liderlik tak\u0131m \u00fcyelerinin payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir liderlik bi\u00e7imidir. Bu liderler tak\u0131m \u00fcyesi ya da her yerde g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr ki\u015fi olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>7-D\u0131\u015fsal ve informal liderlik tak\u0131m \u00fcyelerinin kendi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda belirledikleri bir ki\u015finin liderli\u011fini yans\u0131tmaktad\u0131r. D\u0131\u015fsal ve informal tak\u0131m liderleri tak\u0131m\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olan, ancak belli d\u00f6nemlerde tak\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na liderlik eden ki\u015filerdir. G\u00f6rev y\u00f6nelimli liderler, tak\u0131m \u00fcyeleri i\u00e7in uyulmas\u0131 gereken formal \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctler belirlerler ve g\u00fcndelik davran\u0131\u015flara yol g\u00f6steren bir plan ortaya korlar. Y\u00fcksek g\u00f6rev y\u00f6nelimli liderler, etkili bir e\u015fg\u00fcd\u00fcm olu\u015ftururlar ve tak\u0131m \u00fcyelerinin ortak bir eylemde bulunmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flarlar.<\/p>\n<p>*D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck g\u00f6rev y\u00f6nelimli tak\u0131m liderleri, tak\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 planlama, \u00f6rg\u00fctleme ve \u00f6ncelikleri belirleme gibi konulara daha az ilgi g\u00f6sterirler.<\/p>\n<p>*Y\u00fcksek g\u00f6rev y\u00f6nelimli tak\u0131m liderli\u011fi, \u00f6rg\u00fctleme ve e\u015fg\u00fcd\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinin daha iyi i\u015flemesini sa\u011flayarak g\u00f6rev belirsizli\u011fini giderebilir.<\/p>\n<p>9-Birey Y\u00f6nelimli Liderlik:<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyli birey ya da insan y\u00f6nelimli liderlikte, tak\u0131m \u00fcyeleri aras\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir i\u00e7tenlik ve ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k duygusu olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.
