Bunun yerine adalet i\u00e7in e\u015fitlik \u00a0vurgusu \u00a0pozitif ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131kla adaletin sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ncelikle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesi gereken bir durumdur. \u00d6te yandan s\u00f6z konusu e\u011fitim oldu\u011funda e\u011fitimde e\u015fitli\u011fin dayat\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00a0gelecekte \u00a0toplumun sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve ekonomik\u00a0 geli\u015fimine temelden engel olundu\u011fu anlam\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitimde b\u00fct\u00fcn herkese e\u015fit olunmaz, olunamaz. Lakin e\u011fitimde adil olmak i\u00e7in herkese e\u011fitim hakk\u0131 verilebilir ki bu da e\u011fitimde f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir. Bu f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011finin anlam\u0131 e\u011fitim alacak olan her cins, ya\u015f, etnik k\u00f6ken, din, dilde olan \u00a0insanlara verilmi\u015f bir hakt\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n e\u011fitim haklar\u0131na sahip olmalar\u0131 ba\u015fka bir \u015feydir, onlar\u0131n bu haklar\u0131n\u0131 birilerinin iste\u011fi do\u011frultusunda zorla kulland\u0131rmak ba\u015fka bir \u015feydir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu durum \u00e7ok daha a\u00e7\u0131k ve nettir. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir co\u011frafyada bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr yap\u0131s\u0131na sahip toplum i\u00e7in b\u00f6lgesel \u015fartlar, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar, farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7lar, farkl\u0131 sosyoekonomik gruplar\u0131n bulundu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde her \u00f6\u011frenci i\u00e7in e\u015fit imkan\u0131n sunulmu\u015f olmas\u0131 durumu, e\u011fitimde adaletin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren bir g\u00f6sterge olmaktan \u00e7ok, e\u015fitlik dayatmas\u0131 olarak m\u00fclahaza edilmelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir tek ki\u015fiye dahi yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f haks\u0131zl\u0131k b\u00fct\u00fcn topluma yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir tehdit olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Buna g\u00f6re \u00a0\u00f6nemli olan sosyal devlet olman\u0131n da bir gere\u011fi olarak \u00e7e\u015fitli de\u011fi\u015fkenler do\u011frultusunda farkl\u0131 gruplarda yer alan \u00f6\u011frencilerin pozitif y\u00f6nde di\u011ferlerine g\u00f6re daha fazla destek g\u00f6rmesinin sa\u011flanabilmesidir. Bu tarz yakla\u015f\u0131mlar ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k de\u011fil aksine e\u011fitimde adalet \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fini bireylere g\u00f6re kullanmak anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkelerin geli\u015fmi\u015flik d\u00fczeylerinde temel referanslardan olan e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n adil e\u011fitim imkanlar\u0131ndan ve programlar\u0131ndan uzak \u00a0kalmas\u0131 ya da yoksun b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00fclkenin gelece\u011fine verilmi\u015f en b\u00fcy\u00fck zarard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>E\u015fitlik her zaman adaleti sa\u011flayabilen bir mekanizma de\u011fildir.
